Children's Depression Inventory 2™ (CDI 2) is a brief self-report test that helps assess cognitive, affective and behavioral signs of depression in children and adolescents. It measure the range abd severity of current/ recent depressive symptoms during the previous two weeks. It is a multi-rater assessment which requires the student, the parent and the teacher to fill out the form.
