The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is a brief emotional and behavioural screening questionnaire for children and adolescents. Parents and teachers who are close to the students can provide information based on their observations. There are totally five scales, including emotional symptoms subscale, conduct problems subscale, hyperactivity/inattention subscale, peer relationships problem subscale and prosocial behaviour subscale.
